This book, by Prof. Keith Scott-Mumby is not about losing weight, it’s about feeling well. The subtitle “Let Your Body Choose the Food that’s Right for You” is the underlying theme of the text. It’s about determining which foods you are allergic to, and those which you are not.
When given the chance, I’m often saying that people get sick with certain diseases because of what they eat, especially diseases that you “don’t catch”. If it just developed in your body, it’s your intake or environment, but usually your intake.
