I’ve put the DBS and IBMisLOG pages up, with the original old ‘features’ list, just so you’ll know what we did at one time. Currently, I don’t know if anyone is still using either package, but if they are, I’m still here to support them.
Both packages were easy to use and simple to install. Medical billing systems have advanced quite a bit since the original DBS, which started out in BASIC on a CP/M machine, graduated to MSDOS 2.0, and was widely distributed in a compiled basic version for MSDOS 3.x and higher. It does still run on windows, but the file structure was geared toward low capacity disks (like floppies). Broadcasting traffic and billing has also come a long way, even though we supported several automation systems at the time, it was mostly DOS based.
